Annette Abstoss is the creator and director of AWG, expert in gastronomy and specialist in ingredients and has always been involved in the culinary world.

Born in Texas, raised between LA and New York, have been a gourmand since she was a little girl, getting to know and enjoying many cultures and types of cuisines.

Started to cook professionally as a teen, graduating from the Schloss Klessheim Hotel and Restaurant school in Salzburg, Austria.

After moving to Barcelona she switched to the other side of the stove and started working as a supplier to Chefs, bringing them delicacies such as truffles, spices and every fruit and vegetable you can imagine. Calling it “culinary Disneyland”, Annette opened the eyes of Spanish chefs to many new ingredients and exotic products, all new to them.

In 2007, Annette decided to embark on her own new culinary adventure founding the company Abstoss World Gastronomy SL.
